Ultra Low Temperature Test Chamber Overview

The CHENDUN CDLT Series Ultra-Low Temperature Deep Cold Test Chamber is developed for advanced cryogenic treatment, stress relief, and cold-resistance reliability testing. By breaking through the traditional mechanical refrigeration limitation of -80°C, it achieves ultra-low cryogenic levels down to -120°C (and customizable up to -200°C ultra-low deep cold treatment), creating a new milestone in environmental testing equipment.

Featuring controllable heating and cooling rates, the chamber can achieve empty-load cooling speeds of up to 40°C/min, far surpassing conventional compressor refrigeration systems. Equipped with state-of-the-art refrigeration, heating, and PID temperature control technologies, the CDLT series guarantees smooth, uniform, safe, and reliable operation across all heating, constant temperature, and deep-cooling phases.

It is widely utilized in high-end sectors such as aviation, aerospace, military defense, scientific research institutes, electronics, and automotive industries for cryogenic processing of metallic and non-metallic materials, enhancing sample durability and performance.
