This laboratory glassware washer has redesigned its line of under bench glassware washers to take glassware reprocessing to the next level with a new cutting edge washer. Featuring a completely redesigned wash chamber and powerful variable speed pumps, this new undercounter glassware washer offers greater capacity, greater load flexibility and greater efficiency for specific applications.

Stainless steel interior, exterior, racks and inserts withstand heavy use and reduce corrosion and contaminant build-up. Internal components such as pumps and seals are laboratory-grade, engineered for long life.

FAQ

Q1: How many washing programs does the CDLW glassware washer support?

A: It comes with 12 factory preset programs for regular lab contaminants, plus 99 freely editable PLC custom cycles. You can adjust washing time, temperature, detergent dosage and drying parameters for each cycle.

Q2: Is the drying system reliable for glassware and pipelines?

A: Yes. Adopting our patented TWINS hot air drying system, it provides 360° no dead-angle circulation. It dries both glassware and internal pipelines synchronously, max drying temperature up to 120°C, effectively preventing residual moisture and bacterial growth.

Q3: Can this machine use both tap water and purified water?

A: Yes. It is equipped with dual water inlets controlled by solenoid valves. You can switch between tap water and RO purified water according to your cleaning or validation requirements.

Q4: What is the function of dual peristaltic pumps?

A: Two independent peristaltic pumps separately dispense alkaline detergent and acid neutralizer. Dosing volume is programmable, stable and repeatable, which meets GMP cleaning validation needs.

Q5: Can I open the door during washing or drying?

A: No. It has an electromagnetic safety lock. The door stays locked automatically while the washer is running. Besides, the door uses anti-fall design and can stop at any angle from 0° to 90° once unlocked.

Q6: Can I export washing records for audit and validation?

A: Yes. Built-in USB port supports exporting complete washing and disinfection data logs. It is convenient for quality control, GMP audit and laboratory record traceability.

Q7: What safety alarms does this washer have?

A: It has multi alarm functions including circulating pump overheat, abnormal heating, cleaning agent shortage, door not closed, water inlet fault and overflow alarm. It also has emergency stop button and electrical leakage/overload protection.
